Custom PC Build Limited Warranty

Streamline Computer Services provides a limited warranty for custom PC builds to cover defects in assembly workmanship. This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Warranty Coverage   This warranty is limited solely to defects in build quality, such as improper assembly or installation of components. Streamline Computer Services will, at its discretion, repair or correct any such defects reported by the customer within the warranty period at no additional cost.

Warranty Period   Customers have seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the completed custom PC build to inspect and report any defects in assembly workmanship. Any claims made after this period will not be covered under this warranty, and Streamline Computer Services assumes no further responsibility.

Exclusions   The following are not covered under this warranty:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications to the PC after delivery.
• Compatibility issues between customer-supplied components.
• Defects or failures in customer-supplied hardware, software, or parts.
• Damage caused by external factors, such as power surges, physical impact, or environmental conditions.

Software Issues: Streamline Computer Services is not responsible for any software-related issues after installation. This includes, but is not limited to, operating system malfunctions, driver conflicts, software bugs, or compatibility problems. This warranty expressly excludes all software issues.

Client Responsibility for Defective Parts   It is the client's responsibility to replace any defective or non-functional parts supplied for the build. Streamline Computer Services will not provide replacement parts and will only proceed with correcting build defects if all necessary parts are fully functional and provided by the client. 

Customer Responsibilities

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all parts provided for assembly are in working condition and compatible prior to the build.
• Customers are advised to test their completed system thoroughly within the warranty period to confirm proper assembly and operation.
• Any defects in assembly workmanship must be reported to Streamline Computer Services within the seven (7) day warranty period, either in writing or via email.

Limit of Liability   Streamline Computer Services’ liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the correction of assembly defects. Under no circumstances shall Streamline Computer Services be liable for any incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from defects in the PC build.

Ohio Law Compliance   This warranty is provided in compliance with the applicable laws of the State of Ohio. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary by state.
